For the First Time in 17 Years

Chinese scientists have been researching for over 20 years to create a drug for Alzheimer’s. And only in 2019 they received permission for clinical trials in humans.

It is believed that this drug will be able to improve some body functions in patients with mild to moderate severity.

Tests will be conducted in clinical laboratories in Eastern Europe, the European Union, North America and other countries. Almost 200 clinical centers will be involved in this.

WHO provides data on 50 million people with dementia, which in 60% of cases is provoked by Alzheimer’s disease.

Therefore, the importance of such drugs is very high.

Clinical trials are planned to be completed by 2024, and by 2025 submit an application for a new medicine.
